Eclectic creativity is a cornerstone of the chic, ambient SushiSamba, where Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences combine into some of the most dynamic cuisine in Dallas. Consistently dependable sushi chefs craft both inventive and traditional nigiri, maki, seviche, and tiradito plates with ingredients ranging from Maine lobster to aji amarillo (Peruvian chile peppers). Cooked fare includes the restaurant's signature Miso-Marinated Chilean Sea Bass and Churrasco Rio Grande with malagueta pepper oil. But the fare is not the only element of the dining experience that exhibits spice. SushiSamba is a standard on the local party scene, with a weekly extravaganza that fuses classic rock with Brazilian beats, stimulating both body and appetite. In fact, it's the only place in Dallas to eat some raw fish and rock out to the sonic pyro-technics of live electric guitar mixed with adrenaline-inducing DJ sets. Wash it down with a wealth of sakes, straight up or mixed into cocktails.
