Kenichi Dallas could be reasonably regarded as the finest flower of the Kenichi family; the palette of soothing blues and greens within the restaurant complement the subtle luxury of materials, including exotic wood, colorful glass, and custom metalwork. Guests can enjoy the Kenichi dining experience at the sushi bar, in the dining room or, upstairs, in the mezzanine lounge. Kenichi Dallas offers accolade-inspiring favorites such as the Five-Spice Sika Venison, Tuna Sashimi with Maytag blue cheese, and, for dessert, the delightfully improbable Tofu Beignets with honeycomb. Executive Chef Bodhi Durant is a long-time member of the Kenichi family and Corporate Executive Chef Mat Clouser has brought some of his award-winning wild game favorites to Dallas, including the Kenichi Lamb Chop (which won “Best Game Dish in Central Texas”)—pretty impressive for an Asian restaurant in steak country.
